About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site in Toronto, contributing to the design, implementation, and management of core business processes. You will work mostly independently to solve problems, analyze data, and ensure that internal processes align with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do#
- Design, test, and implement processes that support business strategy and customer experience.
- Analyze data and information to provide insights, recommendations, and solutions to complex problems.
- Document process flows and playbooks while maintaining current documentation for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve process-related issues.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or eliminate inefficient processes.
- Assist with training and the transition of tools, templates, and new processes to owners.
- Apply the Risk Management Framework to ensure all activities remain compliant with laws and internal standards.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to influence others.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or project management is an asset.
- A working understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
