About the role#
This is a full-time, 8-month internship position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site in Toronto, supporting the marketing team with operational processes, project planning, and the execution of strategic initiatives. This role requires an individual who can work independently while collaborating with stakeholders to meet project timelines and maintain brand standards.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the planning and execution of special projects, events, and conferences.
- Develop marketing solutions and provide recommendations based on business strategy.
- Gather and format data for reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate budgets and track actual results against projections.
- Draft, edit, and distribute tailored messaging.
- Maintain internal web content, presentations, and sales aids.
- Manage inventories of marketing materials and coordinate the distribution of collateral.
- Navigate processes for translation and regulatory approval of materials.
- Update and track team schedules.
- Apply the Risk Management Framework to ensure all work aligns with bank policies and regulations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Marketing or Business Administration program.
- A strong desire to learn and a motivated approach to work.
- In-depth verbal and written communication skills.

- Influence skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Previous experience in the financial industry is an asset.
