About the role#
As a Comp and Benefits Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by working alongside HR professionals. You will assist with projects that help the company attract, retain, and develop employees. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Support a variety of projects related to payroll, compensation, benefits, wellness, data, and technology.
- Collaborate with different HR teams to evaluate organizational and employee needs.
- Develop and recommend HR solutions based on your findings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associates or Bachelors degree program in human resources, organizational leadership, business administration, or a related field.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to meet attendance and timeliness requirements.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Omaha, Nebraska.
- The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring time on-site at the office in Aksarben Village.
- You must live within commuting distance for the duration of the internship, which runs from May 26, 2027, to July 30, 2027.
