About the role#
We are looking for students to join us for a Summer 2027 internship. This role focuses on data analytics, science, and governance within the insurance industry. You will gain hands-on experience solving real-world problems while working in a collaborative, professional environment. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Deliver health data analytics and informatics for groups, providers, members, and internal leadership.
- Use data to solve complex puzzles and tell a consistent story.
- Build visualizations to provide clear insights to business leaders.
- Enhance your knowledge of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
- Apply Agile best practices alongside our teams.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a college degree program, such as Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration.
- Strong communication skills to share your findings effectively.
- Intellectual curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn.
- A clear desire for growth and advancement in data analytics and governance.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Omaha, Nebraska.
- We operate on a hybrid schedule, requiring you to work on-site at our office in Aksarben Village.
- You must live within commuting distance of the office for the duration of the internship, which runs from May 26 to July 30, 2027.
