About the role#
As a Campaign Fundraising Manager, you will lead peer to peer fundraising efforts to meet annual revenue goals. You will build relationships with volunteers and corporate partners while implementing campaign standards across our event portfolio. This role focuses on driving high-impact fundraising and managing complex campaigns within the Atlanta market.
What you'll do#
- Drive peer to peer fundraising to hit annual revenue targets.
- Build and manage a sponsorship pipeline by prospecting and securing corporate partners.
- Partner with internal leadership to create strategic plans and track key performance indicators.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
- Organize mission-centered donor events and identify high-impact donors for national stewardship.
- Collaborate with local teams and national shared service partners to communicate organizational priorities.
- Research and network to continuously build the pipeline for revenue and mission activities.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and multiple sales channels, including digital and social media.
- Experience supervising and leading groups of volunteers.
- Ability to influence and persuade others.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with mission teams and other partners.

- Travel: Required within the designated area.
- Schedule: Must be available to work some evenings or weekends.
- Physical requirements: Ability to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
