About the role#
As a Campaign Fundraising Manager for Student Visionaries of the Year, you will build relationships with volunteers and implement peer-to-peer fundraising products. You will work to exceed revenue goals for Blood Cancer United within the Cincinnati market. This position involves collaborating with internal teams to communicate our mission, programs, and research priorities to donors and the public.
What you'll do#
- Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to meet revenue targets.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and fundraising volunteers.
- Organize mission-centered donor cultivation events.
- Prospect high-impact donors for national stewardship activities.
- Develop and execute annual strategic plans for fundraising products.
- Identify and network with constituents to secure new partners.
- Collaborate with local relationship teams and national shared service partners.
- Communicate organizational priorities related to patient access, education, and advocacy.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to supervise groups of volunteers.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with digital, social media, and emerging online channels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of attention to detail.
Location & details#
- Location: Cincinnati, Ohio.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $64,000 to $70,000 annually.
- Note: This role requires travel within the designated area and occasional work during evenings or weekends. You may need to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds for events.
