    About the role#

    As the Campaign Development Director for the Ohio River Valley, you will lead staff teams and build relationships to support our mission. You will oversee peer to peer fundraising for Visionaries and Student Visionaries of the Year. This role involves implementing strategies to meet revenue goals and managing donor cultivation within the market area.

    What you'll do#

    • Lead, hire, and train peer to peer fundraising teams.
    • Develop and implement annual strategic plans to exceed revenue targets.
    • Organize mission centered local donor cultivation events.
    • Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees.
    • Partner with education and research departments to communicate our programs and priorities.
    • Retain and upgrade sponsorships for fundraising products.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • 7-8 years of relatable experience.
    • Demonstrated track record of success.
    • Ability to develop high performing teams.
    • Comfort with getting into the details as necessary.

    • Location: Louisville, Kentucky.
    • Work Modality: Hybrid.
    • Employment Type: Full-time.
    • Travel: Local travel up to 30% is required.
    • Schedule: Some evenings or weekends may be required.
