About the role#
This Human Resources Intern position provides administrative support to our HR team. The role is designed for a college student interested in gaining experience in human resources. You will work 16 to 20 hours per week in an on-site capacity.
What you'll do#
- Prepare state and city board security applications.
- Assist with the recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring, and orientation of new employees.
- Process corporate affirmative action reports and other personnel records.
- Support payroll and benefits administration.
- Update and maintain confidential personnel files.
- Assist with hiring events and general office administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
- Proficiency with personal computers and office productivity software.
- Ability to maintain professional composure and handle confidential information.

- Location: Dublin, Ohio.
- This is an on-site, paid internship.
- This role is part-time (16-20 hours per week).
