About the role#
This Structural Engineering Co-op position offers hands-on experience within our structural team. You will work alongside industry experts and clients on real projects, gaining exposure to professional engineering practices. This is a paid, full-time role based in our Boston office.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with industry experts and clients on active projects.
- Contribute your technical expertise to the team.
- Manage your daily assignments efficiently.
What you'll need#
- Progress toward or completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Urban Planning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational skills to manage assignments effectively.
- Proficiency in industry-relevant software is preferred, though we provide training.
