About the role#
The Business and Inside Sales Intern supports the Software and IT team with sales, marketing, and project management tasks. This role provides hands-on experience with lead activity, customer outreach, and performance tracking. You will work alongside Product Managers and Sales Consultants to help dental practices find technology solutions.
What you'll do#
- Support sales pipeline management by documenting and routing inquiries through the CRM and software inbox.
- Research software and IT products, industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including communications, presentations, proposals, and campaigns.
- Track and report key sales and activity metrics to help identify trends and improve workflows.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned while following department policies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business or Marketing undergraduate or graduate program.
- Ability to work 15 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and customer-related information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Ability to learn new products, messaging, and sales approaches quickly.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English.
Location & details#
- This internship is located in Pittston, PA.
- You must be local to the area to work on-site.
- The term for this position is Winter 2027.
- This is a paid, part-time internship.
