About the role#
Benco Dental is seeking an Interior Design Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a paid, on-site internship based in Pittston, Pennsylvania. You will work alongside our design department to support various client projects and maintain our internal resources.
What you'll do#
- Assist with AutoCAD and Revit tasks for active client projects.
- Support interior design workflows, including selecting finishes, placing orders, creating digital renderings, and preparing presentation decks.
- Coordinate with vendor partners to keep our physical design libraries current.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for architecture or interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe CS.
- Ability to handle multiple detail-oriented tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a punctual, accurate approach to work.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn new concepts and ask questions.
- Prior experience in a collaborative design office is a plus.

- Location: Pittston, PA (must be local to work on-site).
- Schedule: 15 hours per week.
