About the role#
Benco Dental is looking for a Sales Operations Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a paid, part-time position based on-site in Flower Mound, Texas. You will support our sales operations team with reporting, data distribution, and administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with regional sales assistants to prepare Sunshine Act reporting for eligible expenses.
- Use QlikSense and our CRM to distribute sales performance data and track goals.
- Organize and send out quarterly scorecards to sales leadership.
- Create content for regional and operations meetings using Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint.
- Support new hire onboarding by ordering materials and coordinating with success partners.
- Attend team meetings to help solve problems.
- Greet customers, vendors, and associates at the front desk when needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Ability to work up to 15 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
