About the role#
Elliquence is hiring a Supply Chain Intern to join the Inventory Control team in Baldwin, New York. This is an on-site, paid position for the Fall 2026 term. You will work 24 hours per week from August or September through December 2026. There is potential to transition to full-time hours during school breaks or pursue future full-time employment based on performance.
What you'll do#
- Support daily inventory operations, including transactions, stock transfers, receiving, and cycle counts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and product traceability documentation.
- Prepare and organize operational reports to support business activities.
- Assist with purchase order administration, including maintaining procurement records and monitoring order status.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and support replenishment decisions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for inventory and procurement processes.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data.
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work across different departments.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
