About the role#
Benchmark Group is looking for an Electrical Intern to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. You will work under direct supervision to learn the fundamentals of electrical design. This role provides hands-on experience in a professional office environment where you will be paired with a mentor for guidance. We often look to transition successful interns into full-time staff positions.
What you'll do#
- Perform basic technical design tasks.
- Design and develop electrical components, including power and lighting systems.
- Create construction documents for various project types.
- Participate in a collaborative team environment.
- Travel occasionally as needed for project requirements.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years of post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A basic understanding of REVIT is preferred, though we provide in-house training.

- This position is based on-site in Rogers, Arkansas.
- This is a paid, full-time internship.
- The term is rolling.
