About the role#
Benchmark Group is hiring an Architectural Intern for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rogers, Arkansas. You will work under direct supervision to gain experience in the field, receive mentorship, and collaborate with our design team.
What you'll do#
- Train under direct supervision.
- Perform basic technical design activities.
- Design and develop architectural components for various project types.
- Create and develop construction documents.
- Travel occasionally as needed for projects.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least two years of post-secondary education in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience with Revit or AutoCAD is preferred, though we provide in-house training.

- This position is located in Rogers, Arkansas.
- This is a paid, full-time summer internship.
- We do not offer employment visa sponsorship for this position.
