About the role#
As a Refrigeration Intern, you will work under direct supervision to perform basic technical design tasks. You will help design and develop refrigeration components and construction documents for various projects. This position is based in our Rogers office and may require minimal travel.
What you'll do#
- Perform basic technical design activities.
- Design and develop refrigeration components.
- Create construction documents for project types.
- Work with an assigned mentor for guidance.
What you'll need#
- Completed at least two years of post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A basic understanding of REVIT is preferred, though we provide in-house training.

- Location: Rogers, Arkansas.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
