About the role#
BDO Canada is hiring a Co-op Student or Intern for the Tax Transformation Office (Tax Forward) team. This is a full-time, paid position for a 4 or 8-month term beginning in January 2027. You will work directly with Transformation Relationship Managers to support ongoing initiatives and process improvements within our Tax teams.
What you'll do#
- Support Transformation Relationship Managers in their daily engagement with Tax teams.
- Gather, organize, and summarize business inputs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Document workflows, processes, and improvement opportunities across various initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support transformation initiatives, pilots, and roadmap planning.
- Maintain transformation artifacts, including intake logs, trackers, and initiative inventories.
- Assist with coordination tasks such as scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps for multiple projects.
- Support change and adoption efforts through the creation of communication and rollout materials.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program in business, commerce, technology, analytics, or a related field.
- A strong interest in transformation, consulting, technology, or professional services.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Compensation: $54,000 - $64,000.
