About the role#
BDO Canada is hiring for a Co-op or Intern position within the Assurance team in Montreal. This is a full-time, paid summer role running from May to August 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in financial services while working toward your professional goals.
What you'll do#
- Apply technical knowledge from your accounting coursework to real-world projects.
- Prepare and complete working papers, financial statements, and notice to reader engagements.
- Gather evidence for various Assurance and Accounting engagements.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients.
- Communicate progress updates and project issues to team members regularly.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a degree or diploma in accounting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
- A desire to provide high-quality client service.
- Ability to take initiative and seek understanding.

- Location: 1000 Rue De La Gauchetière Ouest, Montreal, Quebec.
- Modality: This position is on-site.
