About the role#
BDO Canada is hiring a Co-op or Intern for the Credits & Incentives team in our Kitchener-Waterloo office. This is a full-time, four-month position starting in Winter 2027. You will work on-site as part of a consulting team to assist clients with technical and tax-related projects.
What you'll do#
- Prepare technical reports detailing client experiments and scientific or engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with consultants on multiple client engagements.
- Plan and execute the technical portions of projects, including interviewing technical personnel and working with financial team members.
- Conduct research on industry and tax topics to support technical positions.
- Draft marketing materials and email communications.
- Develop tools and templates using MS Office and Co-Pilot scripts.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree or diploma program in Science & Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Software, IT, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex technical concepts into professional language.
- A self-confident, outgoing personality with a focus on achieving individual and team goals.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and provide excellent service.

- Compensation: $48,000 - $60,000 per year.
