About the role#
BDO Canada is hiring for a Co-op or Intern position within the Canadian Tax Services group. This is a 4-month full-time term beginning in January 2027. You will work directly with non-corporate clients to assist with their tax compliance needs.
What you'll do#
- Prepare simple personal tax returns for a variety of non-corporate clients.
- Communicate with the CRA and clients to resolve tax inquiries.
- Provide regular progress updates to your team members.
- Build direct relationships with clients to understand their tax history.
- Participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to support office innovation.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accounting degree or diploma program.
- A strong desire to provide quality client service.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- The ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment with tight deadlines.

- Location: Oakville, Ontario.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 (4 months).
- Compensation: $48,000 - $58,000.
