About the role#
This student worker position supports the Baylor University Women's Tennis team. You will assist with daily operations, equipment management, and match-day logistics. This is a paid, on-site role with a flexible schedule based on tournaments and team needs.
What you'll do#
- Provide clean laundry and towels twice a week for athlete lockers.
- Maintain the team locker room and team room.
- Film video footage at matches and upload files to the team Dropbox.
- Assist with match setup and post-match food cleanup.
- Ensure snacks and beverages are available for practices and matches.
- Manage inventory in the storage unit and organize the equipment room.
- Pick up team snacks and assist during recruiting weekends.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the tennis staff.
What you'll need#
- Ability to attend all mandatory meetings, matches, and functions.
- Proficiency in filming video footage.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Commitment to following all NCAA and Baylor University policies.
- Preferred majors include Kinesiology, Business Administration, or Psychology.

- Work location: Hurd Tennis Center, Waco, Texas.
- Employment term: Ongoing with a rolling start date.
- Pay rate: 12.00 dollars per hour.
