About the role#
We are hiring a Material Flow/Line Side Intern for the Spring 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. We do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily line-side operations management.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure production needs are met.
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the plant.
- Help with data analysis and the creation of operational reports.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program studying Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration.
- A solid understanding of material flow processes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to work well within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with different departments.
