About the role#
The Intern, Business Analyst for Shareholder Services Technology assists with the management of contact center platforms and related initiatives. You will work with internal stakeholders, fund clients, vendors, and management to support technology operations for the Shareholder Services group.
What you'll do#
- Monitor, maintain, and update contact center call-recording platforms.
- Extract, assemble, analyze, and distribute department metrics.
- Support initiatives that improve business unit processes.
- Ensure work follows SEC, FINRA, and IRS regulations as well as the transfer agent compliance manual.
- Collaborate with team members and Transfer Agent executives in meetings and daily operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues using critical thinking.
- Experience in client services or technology support is helpful but not required.
- Equivalent education and experience are accepted.

- This role is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
- The position is on-site and full-time.
- This is a paid internship with a rolling term.
