About the role#
This Summer 2028 Tax Internship provides a look into the public accounting profession. You will work with multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements while building a foundation for your career. This is a paid, full-time position based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
What you'll do#
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow tax professionals at various levels of the organization.
- Participate in team building and training initiatives.
- Complete a marketing or research project and present your findings.
- Attend firm social functions, including community service projects and office outings.
What you'll need#
- You are a junior or senior enrolled in an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including same-day travel.
- Previous experience in public accounting.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
