About the role#
This internship provides a look into the public accounting profession and helps you build a foundation for your career. You will work with multiple supervisors across a variety of client engagements and shadow Audit professionals at all levels. The role includes participating in team building and training initiatives, as well as presenting on a marketing or research project. You will also attend social functions such as lunches, happy hours, and community service projects.
What you'll do#
- Apply accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Work on diverse client engagements under the guidance of multiple supervisors.
- Shadow Audit team members to learn about daily operations.
- Engage in training and team building activities.
- Complete a marketing or research project and present your findings.
What you'll need#
- Junior or senior standing in an accredited accounting or related program, with two years remaining until graduation.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites, including frequent same-day travel.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred, though not required.

- Compensation: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour.
