About the role#
As an Audit Intern, you will gain insight into the public accounting profession and build a foundation for your career. You will work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements and participate in team building and training initiatives. This is a paid, full-time opportunity based in Tampa.
What you'll do#
- Apply accounting knowledge while performing client work using firm technology.
- Shadow audit professionals of all levels.
- Participate in and present on a marketing or research project.
- Attend social functions, including happy hours, lunches, and community service projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or related program.
- You should be two years from graduation.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software programs.
- The ability to travel to client sites as needed, including frequent same-day travel.
- Eligibility to work in the United States, as sponsorship is not available for this role.

- Pay: $30 to $40 per hour.
