About the role#
The Co-op Student program offers a chance to get hands-on experience at our dealership. You will learn how we operate by working directly with our team. This is a paid, full-time position that runs on a rolling basis, lasting for a semester or potentially the entire school year.
What you'll do#
- Take on project assignments focused on sales, parts administration, or service.
- Complete training related to our sales and parts operations.
- Shadow team members to understand different roles within the dealership.
- Gain practical experience across various departments.
What you'll need#
- You are at least 16 years old.
- You have an interest in agricultural work.
- You can use Microsoft Office and have basic knowledge of database software.
- You possess clear oral and written communication skills.

- This role is based on-site in Mohall, North Dakota.
- The position is full-time.
