About the role#
This internship provides an inside look at the public accounting profession. You will work with multiple supervisors across a range of client engagements to build a foundation for your career. This is a paid, full-time position based in Louisville, Kentucky.
What you'll do#
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow tax professionals at all levels of the organization.
- Participate in team building, training initiatives, and social functions.
- Complete a marketing or research project and present your findings.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or related program.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed, including same-day travel.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
