About the role#
This co-op program offers students the chance to gain hands-on experience within a dealership. You will learn how sales, parts, and service operations function in the agricultural equipment industry. This is a paid, full-time position that runs on a rolling basis for a semester or the school year.
What you'll do#
- Complete project assignments focused on sales, parts, and service activities.
- Participate in training sessions related to dealership operations.
- Shadow team members to understand different roles and daily responsibilities.
- Engage in service-related tasks to build practical skills.
What you'll need#
- An interest in agricultural work.
- Basic knowledge of database software and computer applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet functions.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- You must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ideal candidates are pursuing studies in Agriculture, Business Administration, Communications, or Logistics.
