About the role#
The Enrollment Management Coordinator role focuses on maintaining the integrity of student application files. You will work within the Undergraduate Admissions department to process domestic high school transcripts and manage data entry within the STARS software system.
What you'll do#
- Enter data from incoming domestic high school transcripts into the STARS software.
- Audit documents to verify they are correctly indexed and assigned to the appropriate student files.
- Ensure the accuracy of all application materials.
- Complete additional assignments as directed by student supervisors or the coordinator.
What you'll need#
- Must have attended a US domestic high school.
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week in the office.
- Capacity to work up to 20 hours per week during academic terms and up to 40 hours per week during non-academic periods, with prior supervisor approval.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Clifton Robinson Tower, Waco, Texas.
- Work Modality: This is an on-site position. Transportation is the responsibility of the student.
- Schedule: Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Term: Summer 2026.
