This position serves as an Enrollment Management Coordinator within the Undergraduate Admissions department at Baylor University. The role focuses on data processing and administrative support to ensure the accuracy of application materials for prospective students.
What you'll do#
- Process domestic high school transcripts and enter data into the STARS software.
- Audit documents to ensure they are correctly indexed and assigned to the appropriate student files.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy for all application materials.
- Complete additional administrative assignments as directed by supervisors or the coordinator.
What you'll need#
- Must have attended a US domestic high school.
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week in an office setting.
- Ability to work during department hours: Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Capability to manage up to 20 hours per week during academic terms or up to 40 hours per week during non-academic periods, subject to supervisor approval.
- Transportation to the work site is the student's responsibility.

- Location: Clifton Robinson Tower, Waco, Texas.
- Work Modality: This is an on-site position requiring in-person work.
- Term: Summer 2026.
- Compensation: $11 per hour.
