About the role#
This position supports Undergraduate Admissions at Baylor University. You will act as a Data Processor, handling domestic high school transcripts and maintaining the accuracy of student application files within the STARS software. This is a paid, on-site role based in the Clifton Robinson Tower in Waco, Texas.
What you'll do#
- Enter data from incoming domestic high school transcripts into the system.
- Audit documents to ensure they are indexed correctly and assigned to the right student file.
- Assist with additional tasks assigned by student supervisors or the coordinator.
What you'll need#
- You must have attended a US domestic high school.
- Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week.
- Students may work up to 20 hours per week during academic terms and up to 40 hours during non-academic periods, subject to supervisor approval.
- Reliable transportation to the Clifton Robinson Tower.
Location & details#
- Location: Clifton Robinson Tower, Waco, Texas.
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Pay: $11 per hour.
- Term: Summer 2026.
