About the role#
This student worker position supports the Baylor University Athletic Ticket Sales & Membership department. The role is designed for students pursuing a professional career in sports ticket sales who are interested in gaining experience in business operations and customer service.
What you'll do#
- Sell a full menu of ticket options, including football, men's basketball, and women's basketball season tickets and partial plans.
- Conduct sales through various channels, including phone calls, email, face-to-face appointments, in-stadium meetings, and special events.
- Manage inbound inquiries via phone and email while providing professional customer service.
- Execute outbound touch-point calls to current season ticket holders and prospective purchasers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client and prospect records within Salesforce.
- Assist with various business operations projects and tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in sports ticket sales.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to maintaining regular, punctual attendance and complying with all University policies.
- Dedication to providing excellent service to clients.

- Location: Simpson Athletics and Academic Center, Waco, Texas.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Minimum 10 hours per week.
