About the role#
This position supports the Spiritual Life department in the preparation and leadership of Chapel Worship and Chapel Prayers services. The role requires up to 10 hours of work per week, with a schedule determined by assigned chapel sessions. This is a paid position beginning in the Fall 2026 semester.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the preparation of Chapel Worship services.
- Lead Chapel Prayers services.
- Coordinate with the spiritual life team.
- Support the hiring manager with daily tasks.
- Attend required scheduling meetings.
What you'll need#
- Ability to assist in chapel services.
- Effective communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Current enrollment in majors such as Psychology, Communications, Philosophy, Public Health, Human Resources, or Sociology.

- Location: Bobo Spiritual Life Center, Waco, Texas.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Pay Rate: $8.00 per hour.
