About the role#

The Chapel Student Worker supports the Spiritual Life department in the daily operations and execution of campus worship services. This role involves direct participation in the preparation and leadership of Chapel Worship and Chapel Prayers.

What you'll do#

• Assist in the preparation of Chapel Worship services.
• Lead Chapel Prayers services.
• Coordinate with the spiritual life team to ensure service readiness.
• Support the hiring manager with daily administrative tasks.
• Attend regular scheduling meetings.

What you'll need#

• Ability to assist in chapel services.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Strong time management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Preference for students majoring in Psychology, Communications, Philosophy, Public Health, Human Resources, or Sociology.

Location & details#

• Location: Bobo Spiritual Life Center, Waco, Texas.
• Term: Beginning Fall 2026.
• Schedule: Up to 10 hours per week, dependent on assigned chapel sessions.
• Compensation: $8.00 per hour.
