About the role#
This is a pool position designed to support catering operations during special events throughout the academic year. As a Student Catering Attendant, you will be scheduled on an as-needed basis for campus events, conferences, banquets, meetings, and special programs. Work opportunities fluctuate throughout the semester based on the catering schedule.
What you'll do#
- Support catering operations during special events.
- Assist in maintaining a smooth and professional event atmosphere.
- Help with the setup, service, and breakdown of catered events.
- Provide customer service to guests.
- Ensure food and beverage service areas are well-maintained and meet presentation standards.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in majors such as Business Administration, Communications, Civil Engineering, Nutrition, Kinesiology, or Public Health.
- Ability to work a flexible, as-needed schedule.
