About the role#
The Bankers Trust Summer Internship Program offers students a chance to build professional skills through direct work experience. You will be assigned to a specific division, receive guidance from a supervisor, and work toward defined goals. The program includes opportunities to meet with executives and network with other interns.
What you'll do#
- Participate in daily Commercial Banking activities.
- Rotate through various divisions in the Phoenix office.
- Spread financial statements and conduct financial analysis.
- Join relationship managers on calls with customers and referral sources.
- Take part in professional development events like Lunch-n-Learns and a team project.
- Complete a community service project to support local volunteer efforts.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore or junior undergraduate student.
- A major in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related business field.

- Location: Phoenix, Arizona.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid position with bonus opportunities.
