About the role#
The Bankers Trust Summer Internship Program offers students a chance to build professional skills and gain work experience. You will be assigned to a specific division or department that aligns with your area of study. A supervisor will guide your work to ensure you focus on substantive tasks and clear objectives throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Complete tasks and projects within your assigned department.
- Meet specific goals and objectives set for your role.
- Participate in a group or individual community service project to support the local area.
- Attend interviews with company leadership, including the CEO, President, and board members.
- Join team projects, lunch and learn sessions, and bank-sponsored events.
- Engage with other interns through the DSM Intern Connection.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current sophomore or junior undergraduate student.
- You should be pursuing a major in Accounting, Communications, Finance, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations, or a related business field.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Des Moines, Iowa.
- We do not offer sponsorship for this position.
