About the role#
The Bankers Trust Summer Internship Program provides students with professional experience in the financial services sector. You will work within a specific department related to your field of study under the guidance of a supervisor. The program includes rotations through various areas such as Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, and Credit Underwriting. You will also complete a community service project.
What you'll do#
- Work on projects specific to your assigned department.
- Participate in professional development activities like Lunch-n-Learns and team projects.
- Interview company leadership including the CEO, Board members, and Executive Committee members.
- Rotate through departments including Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Treasury Management, Private Banking, Branch Banking, Credit Underwriting, and Loan Administration.
- Complete a group or individual community service project.
What you'll need#
- Current sophomore or junior status as an undergraduate college student.
- Major in Accounting, Management, or another business-related field.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Omaha, Nebraska.
- Some travel to Des Moines is required.
