About the role#
This Business Development Intern position supports the regional team in Atlanta. You will gain exposure to construction, marketing, preconstruction, and client relationship management. This role reports to the Director of Business Development and focuses on developing your professional skills within the industry.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market research and prepare pursuit intelligence.
- Track business opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM data, including project and employee information.
- Coordinate client engagement activities and assist with event planning.
- Support proposal development efforts and client outreach.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- High School Diploma.
- Prior experience conducting research or managing projects in an academic or professional setting.
- Strong writing, proofreading, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfort initiating conversations and building professional relationships.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in gathering and organizing information.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
