About the role#
Balfour Beatty US is hiring a Marketing Intern for our Atlanta office. You will join the marketing team to support the creation of proposals, brochures, qualification packages, and presentations. This role involves developing internal and external communications that share our project successes and brand identity.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the research, writing, and layout of responses to requests for proposals and qualifications.
- Coordinate with the team to archive resumes, graphics, and proposal materials.
- Update project factsheets, client testimonials, and team member information in our CRM database.
- Proofread and review proposal documents for quality.
- Provide support for social media and other communication initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university with a focus on Communications or Marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to build effective relationships across the organization.
