About the role#
This internship program provides hands-on work experience for students pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree. You will gain insight into the systems and practices used to meet customer requirements through technical execution. During the 24-week term starting in January 2027, you will work with a manager and a buddy to complete projects and develop your professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Inspect products, materials, and equipment to verify they meet industry standards and company specifications.
- Perform tests and analyses on components to check for integrity, functionality, and safety.
- Document inspection results and report findings to the quality team.
- Help investigate the root causes of defects and assist with corrective or preventive actions.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and process audits.
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards to all tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or a STEM-related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent.
- Fluency in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
- Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
