About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within a global energy company. You will work on projects, participate in team meetings, and receive coaching from a manager and a buddy. The role focuses on learning systems and practices designed to meet customer needs through quality execution.
What you'll do#
- Inspect products, materials, and equipment to ensure they meet industry standards and company specifications.
- Perform tests and analyses on components to verify safety, integrity, and functionality.
- Document inspection results and report findings to the quality team.
- Investigate the root causes of quality issues and contribute to corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in process audits and quality assurance activities.
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards to all tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or a related STEM field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or equivalent.
- Fluency in written and oral English with effective communication skills.
- Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
