About the role#
Auto-Owners Insurance is looking for a Corporate Marketing intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid position based in our Lansing office. You will work directly with our marketing staff to support our presence on social media and assist our agency partners.
What you'll do#
- Suggest and monitor key performance indicators to track social media success.
- Apply social media best practices that align with our company standards.
- Research and identify emerging trends and technologies.
- Create branded content for review.
- Curate and manage social media content using company tools.
- Analyze data from native platform analytics.
- Help agency partners by answering their questions regarding social media.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in college, entering your junior or senior year.
- A major in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience organizing and interpreting data.
- The ability to manage multiple assignments at once.
- Skill in resolving complex issues.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- This internship is located on-site in Lansing, Michigan.
- The term is for Summer 2027.
- The pay rate is $18.00 per hour.
