About the role#
As an Assurance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in accounting and tax by working alongside industry professionals. What you'll do#
- Assist in preparing and reviewing financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to conduct assurance tasks and deliver service to clients.
- Produce clear, concise reports and documentation using strong business writing skills.
- Apply relevant tax and accounting principles to real-world cases.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and provide support to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting or tax.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and business writing skills.
- Effective computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software and tools.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and strong attention to detail.
