About the role#
ATA, LLC is seeking a seasonal Tax Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tax processes and contribute to projects within a professional setting.
What you'll do#
- Work closely with the Tax team to assist in the preparation and analysis of tax documents.
- Support the team in compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on tax-related issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Assist with identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Communicate clear and concise updates to team members and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or recent completion of a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to analyze data for actionable insights.
