About the role#
ATA, LLC is seeking a seasonal Tax Intern to join the team for the 2027 tax season. This role offers hands-on experience in tax processes and the opportunity to contribute to professional projects while developing analytical and communication skills.
What you'll do#
- Work with the Tax team to prepare and analyze tax documents.
- Support the team in maintaining compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on tax-related issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather data and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Provide clear updates to team members and stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to analyze data for actionable insights.
