About the role#
The Biopharma Study Management Operations Intern joins the global study team to support clinical study delivery within Global Medicines Development. You will assist Global Study Associate Directors and Global Study Managers with study execution from protocol development through to study archiving. This is a 12-month paid contract position.
What you'll do#
- Support the set-up, maintenance, and close-out of the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) to ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and internal standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, site management, and external vendors to collect regulatory and essential documents.
- Contribute to clinical regulatory documents for electronic submissions.
- Prepare administrative appendices for Clinical Study Reports and maintain study documentation.
- Manage information in tracking and communication tools, including SharePoint and MS Teams.
- Support Clinical Trial Transparency activities in PharmaCM.
- Assist with budget tracking, payment reconciliation, and the coordination of study materials and equipment.
- Organize meetings, prepare presentation materials, and handle logistics for internal and external participants.
- Participate in process improvement projects.
What you'll need#
- Education in medical or biological sciences or a related clinical research field is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Previous administrative training or experience.
- Proficiency with computer systems and day-to-day digital tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
- Professionalism and a willingness to train others on study administration procedures.

- Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: January 2027 to December 2027.
- Modality: Hybrid, with 3 days per week required onsite.
