About the role#
The Supply Chain Intern will support procurement, logistics, inventory management, and SAP system implementation at our Mississauga site. This is a full-time, paid internship scheduled for approximately 8 months. You will work on-site to assist with process improvements, data management, and cross-functional projects aimed at increasing supply chain efficiency.
What you'll do#
- Support SAP system navigation training and create process documentation.
- Execute system test cases for supply chain and procurement modules.
- Assist in gathering vendor quotes and preparing comparison documentation.
- Help maintain accurate inventory records in SAP.
- Support purchase requisition creation and submission processes in SAP and legacy systems.
- Assist with data migration, quality validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Help maintain master data for materials, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and support reorder point management.
- Prepare inventory reports to assist management decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Materials Management, or related program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
- Ability to organize and manage data and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
