About the role#
This internship is a full-time, twelve-week position for students currently enrolled at a four-year university. You will work on network management software for our satellite systems. You will handle meaningful projects and contribute to the development of software that manages satellite and ground networks.
What you'll do#
- Design and implement UI components and backend workflows for network management software.
- Partner with network operations teams to build tools that manage satellite and ground networks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define software requirements, architecture, and design.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with Django or similar web frameworks.
- Experience working with relational or SQL databases like Postgres.
- Ability to prototype and develop user interface concepts with a focus on user experience.
- Demonstrated ability to design, write, and test software from scratch.

- Pay: $29.00 per hour.
- Requirement: Due to U.S. government space technology export regulations, this position requires U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or protected individual status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
