About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Winter 2027 based in San Francisco. You will join the team for twelve weeks to contribute to satellite reliability and hardware development. This role is intended for students currently enrolled in a four-year university degree program.
What you'll do#
- Perform reliability analyses on satellite systems.
- Collaborate with the reliability design team to analyze flight hardware.
- Support DFMEA efforts.
- Write code to evaluate performance.
- Automate the testing of satellite hardware.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a B.S. in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or an equivalent technical degree.
- Demonstrated ability to personally design, build, and test hardware from scratch.
- Interest in learning about, designing, and working with electronics systems.
- A passion for hardware development.
- US Citizenship or Green Card status is required to comply with export regulations.
- Bonus points for experience with Python, SPICE-based simulators, or standard EE lab equipment like oscilloscopes and multimeters.
