About the role#
As an Instructional Design Intern, you will work alongside the Cybersecurity team to develop training that helps employees recognize cyber threats and stay safe online. This role involves designing eLearning, creating digital content, and collaborating with professionals across the organization to build a portfolio of real-world projects.
What you'll do#
- Help design, develop, and update training modules.
- Edit and proofread learning materials to ensure quality and consistency.
- Create graphics and promotional materials for training modules.
- Test eLearning courses to ensure they function properly and provide a positive learner experience.
- Partner with other divisions to upload, organize, and maintain learning modules.
- Participate in instructional design meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and pay close attention to detail.
- Experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
